The reflections that it cast, the light fixture, are gorgeous.I can see why you wish……….bravo!

  5. how’s your weather? Have you got spring yet? I’m so desperate!

  6. I love your star! I have a similar one, but it’s shaped like the North Star and done in mirrors instead of clear glass. It was hand-made by a local artist. Naturally, I found it in a flea market. 🙂

I just love the turn of the phrase you used…
“wish words”… that is beautifully said.
Pinning on wish words… like you could put them right on your lapel or heart or wherever…. you wished.
the image comes across as monumental… yet it is not.
wishes come across as small … and yet they are not.
    lovely.
oh… I loved the past post… where have I BEEN??? wishing my laundery looked so elegant… flannel sheets hardly do… even with the snowmen on them… and I also collect (not a large collection…but nice) of tea pots. Love your tea pot and husbands input!

My first time here; your photos are wonderful. I ecspecially like the white ones with little color to them; and those shoes really stick in my mind.
re: anne frank; yes she was amazing girl. I recently read a biography about Otto Frank, her father, which details the effort and persisitance that he had in getting the diary published. The process seemed to really keep him sane; though it was interesting to see how many wanted to jump on the band wagon and change the focus of the book.

Thanks for noting, “wish words” I kept saying, “Wish Words,” over and over, because, during the day I heard people saying: I wish I could lose weight, or I want to be happy, Or I hope my kids do well at school, or I wish I could be more like ..you know all day I heard people, wanting desiring, working, praying, wishing for more…it occurred to me that they were saying “wish words,” It seemed to me these wish words define us…that they are pinned on us.That is how the post came to be.
Wish words pinned on our hearts.

  19. I have spent the last hour looking at and reading your blog/journal. It is so lovely, so poetic, so artistic and evokes such a passion for life.
…How I wish you would compile your blog entries/photos into a book.
… also I appreciate your spiritual influence and love how you gently include that aspect into your journalling…
I just wanted to let you know that I have been blessed by reading your lovely
blog/journal. God bless! Joanne in Canada
