  21. I love the pendant lights (and the rest of it too!) You have such good taste.

  22. Oooh…wow… Corey, you would be an excellent tourguide through your local French antique markets.

  23. Corey! I clicked on the pretty white bottles and it lead me to the link “French Dressing”. There I found a soap I’ve been looking for for ages. I’m off to order now so I will have a backup for the one bar I have left that I’m using. Love this soap for my skin. THANKS!!

  24. This reminds me of those Advent calendars with little windows to open! How fun!

  25. There is a measure of cruelty in you having pretty much the sames tastes and I. Ahahaha! Thank you for letting me enjoy your treasures vicariously.
As I recall Rennes is famous for lace, no?

  33. I wish we had wonderful french flea markets in Indiana. Heck, I’d settle for a wonderful Indiana flea market!! The best one is only open during the week (big bummer) and open only during the summer season!

  34. Oh what beautiful treasures!

  35. Wait up! I’m coming!

  36. Toni Mason

    How do I get there?

  37. Corey – if I come antiquing with you – you would have to buy me a ventilator – I would be hyperventilating before I got out of the car – with all those treasures, I would not know where to start.
Maybe oneday I will get to visit France – when I turn 50 it is either France or the UK that I am going to visit – hmm now let me see, just how many years away is that? I am 21 – ha!

  38. Oh, what an invitation! We are heading to the northern hemisphere next year, but a month won’t be time for all I want to see in England and Scotland, let alone France!
Maybe on the next trip, but who knows when that will be? New Zealand is such a long way from anywhere else.

  39. I’ve packed les sandwiches.
“J’arrive” like all French waiters say and then never do…

  40. Paris Parfait

Lovely! I’m going to Bastille next week after I get back from London. I have four tickets. Want to come?

  41. These photos were just yummy! I love the light fixtures in the first one. I also learned what it was you sent me…a “satin coverlet for prayer cards”! Magnificiant and my deepest, most grateful thank you!
    a.

  42. I am lovin’ this collage!

  43. ahhhh, one day i will go antiquing with you>>> oh what mischief we’d have!

  44. You went without me…..I must have missed your call!

  45. But I already am antiquing with you; you inspire as well as teach. It’s just that much more of a challenge over here on this side of the world. Some traveled the oceans to the new world long, long ago, bringing with them their prized possessions. We have to be a little more industrious and lucky. Maybe not find these treasures as easily but finding just one is a treasure in itself. I’d love to be there, if only I could.

  48. Too much beauty for a Monday morning. Hang on, what am I saying? Never can you have too much beauty. In fact I need it more now than at any other time in the week. So thank you!

  49. As soon as I can! xox

  50. Every week I pass by some antique shops on my way to classes. I look without daring to walk in but observe the history those things have to tell from the window and I feel confort in the warm lights coming from inside.
Next time I pass by I will think of you and your invitation for antiquing.
ps:love the lights, the flower box and the A B embroidery
