Held her own,
Without fanfare, she was striking in her plain color,
Elegant in simplicity, and comfortable with matters of the heart.

Chenonceau is my FAVORITE chateau of all. I visited there in 1988 I think it was, on a high school trip. I have photos and often pretend I’m back there staring at that wonderful castle and gardens!

I like the way the inanimate objects in your pictures develop their own stories. My mother was constantly chiding me for not knowing the difference between reality and fantasy, but I’ll take fantasy any day.
