You are always so good at cropping memories in order to tell your stories … just as you would tell your beads…

  2. “Memories created today, will be our treasures for tomorrow.”

  6. Yes, most appropriate post. Memories just beginning for you and your newest family member. I lost my mother in 2001 this week, so I’ve been going through memories, too.
Thank you for your sweet images.

Beautiful things are lovely… but the beauty in people you love outshines them all.

  9. A treasured memory is worth more that gold!
Beautiful words and photographs to match.

  10. Wonderful too to have photos to go with the memories…some of my Mennonite neighbors wish for pictures as they don’t remember certain things…like how they looked as a child.

  13. This has become a recent passion on mine–making sure that I’m living my life in a way that I am making memories for the years ahead. Such beautiful treasures you have collected here, Corey. I love the souvenir in the top photo.

  14. From one memory maker….to another….bless you…

  15. Do you think, Corey, that your children will always connect you, their mother, to the love of little objects, antiques and fleamarket finds? I wonder, if they had to choose an object or a collage of objects to represent you, what would they choose?

  16. Hi Corey. The Souvenir of Montmarte charm is so pretty. I remember when I was in Montmarte 10-11 years ago,I was riding herd on my group of 6 teenagers as part of a group we were chaperones for. We went into the Basilica (awesome) but I never got into any of the shops so no souvenirs from this marvelous place. I wonder if it was still an affordable place for the artists and others to live back then?

  17. beautiful… thank you, once again, for the inspiration!

  18. The last photo holds many, many memories. I just need to remember the details.

  30. I hope I collect many happy memories, tomorrow’s treasure to rediscover. This has me thinking of the things I would like to leave behind, memories to share and others to Spring clean.

  31. Hi there Corey,
I have been unearthing many such treasures loaded with memory over here… a spot of spring cleaning in autumn that has taken forever because I keep finding various mementoes. Discovering them and all their memories has slowed me down somewhat.
    see you, g xo

  32. Such yummy photos. I want to hold all of them.

  33. I wish I were better at remembering things. I am always blustering through life, and I forget to pay attention, so that I’ve forgotten so much of my life, even the ultra-significant things. But blogging, and reading the blogs of others, especially your blog, have reminded me that the details of each day are important… that they are life itself.

  34. Treasures that will take your heart away!

  35. My Corey that’s all so beautiful, I love your pictures!
