Profiteroles au Chocolat

How to make Profiteroles au Chocolat:

Take a golden cloud,

fill it with a dollop of vanilla ice cream,

lace it with thick velvet ribbons of chocolate,

Crown it with toasted almonds.

Enjoy! Don't forget to lick the pan.

Photos: France is a wonder land of sweet things. My cousin Julie (aka Sheba) and I enjoying the moment.
