It is such a pleasure to spend time with you -
What perfectly shaped little lips. I’ve been drawing children’s faces all day – so it’s fun to examine the shadow shapes under the nose and chin and giving the lips dimension.
I’ve been off working for the last week or so and off the blogs, so I’m dreadfully behind. It’s been delightful (not at all a surprise) reading through and catching up on yours. Door knockers and all. 🙂 -

oh this is beautiful.
I once read in a novel the story that as babies we arrive on earth from heaven – and the angels touch their fingers to our lips to say ‘Shhhh’ so that we will keep the secret of how wonderful it is there – otherwise the babies would tell everyone and we would all want to return too soon. That is how we get the little dent above the cupids bow of our lips. -
