  3. OOOhhhhhhh Pink is my favourite colour!!! I just love the first 3 photo’s in particular! Also, your handsome French husband looks very relaxed & masculine in that pink glow! lol Who ever said pink was girly, has not met your dh!

  4. I once read that when presented with an item in a choice of colours the majority of women will choose the pink. Apparently it is a colour that shows our caring side.

  5. English creamers sit
    In the South of France.
    Are they on vacance?
    They are in the pink…
    No SPF!
    What did they think?
    What did they drink?
    Too much pink rosรฉ
    At the buffet
    Waiting for Manet…

  10. I knew Shelley was in there before I opened your blog . . . how was that? Say hello.
    Everything’s pretty in pink.

  11. you have just convinced me to embrace pink. my home came with 1 complete bathroom and two small toilets all in pink! the house was to nice overall to let go of it because of the bathrooms and it’s too expensive to redo them. it’s been so hard to decorate them as i don’t like your traditional mixing of pink with green or gray and white jsut does not work with two young kids. anyway, as i was reading this, i just got an idea. so thank you very much.
my favorite is the shot today btw is of pink bathed frenchhusband!

  13. Of course the immature side of me took over and had a good laugh over the line: “shocking large panties by sexy pink sheets.

  14. Funny, I went right by the pink to the fabulous green silk. love it love it love it
Oh yeah, and FH, well, um, er, …….you lucky little devilette !!

  15. Good Morning,lovely french woman,
A keen eye spotted the ashtray on the table in front of FH. Can one “fume”, smoke there? Also, on your post of the french party, the men’s french shoes photo, what brand of shoes do you think they are? I recently discovered Church’s shoes, made in England. So, what is your opinion on the preferred brand of men’s french shoes? I too, chuckled at the panties on the line.

  35. Ooo–love the challenge! Love the photos and your taste…awesome!

  36. I am in the Pink…however, I cannot think of any pink items in my home…I must look around…oh! yes, there is the shell in the bathroom and here is my new purse with a pink rose…around me I have mostly Red, Blue and Yellow.
All the pink items you have are lovely…The Frenchman looks ever so handsome in the pink glow…pink is so becoming…although, I think he would look good in any light :>

  37. I don’t know why but I disliked pink for a long long time… This year, however, something happened… pink won me over!

  38. Oh so lovely… I was just thinking of Shelley this morning… “hello Shelley” !!!!
And, I just bought three quarts of paint this morning for three chairs that need a new coat for the coming Winter… I got Cancun Gold (which is a lovely shade of olive green), Happy Holiday (yellow) and Light My Fire (vibrant orange), not exactly pink, but I also did get some “nemisia” flowers and they have a beautiful shade of pink, right at the centre…

  39. ..so pretty in pink…

  40. Oh, the pink/cream toile creamers make me sigh!

  41. Oh, so shocking!!! …those large pantaloons….!
    :o)

  42. Hi Corey, I think I’ll have a pink day today. I went through such a phase from when I was 13 to about 21 where I could not stand the colour, heaven help anyone that bought me something in pink!! Today I love it – the feminity, the gentle caress of a soft pink fluffy blouse. I’m now making up for all those years of being without it – it helps having a 7month daughter who looks gorgeous in it. Love the photo of your husband surrounded by the soft hues of pink (love a man who is confident in pink), looks like a night of romance. LOL Leanne

  43. Sorry to ramble but I forgot to mention the exquisite creamers of Shelley – there’s a lady with style and taste.

  44. You are “in the pink” and “in the know”. You are just plain “in”.
    D.

  45. That just goes to show you that some of us large panty wearing girls can have some shocking pink secrets! ๐Ÿ™‚

  49. I love the last picture the most. The lighting and crsipness is stunning.

  50. These are simply beautiful photos. The different pinks are soft and lovely.

  51. You, your blog, your Frenchman, all look warm and happy, ‘in the pink.’

  52. Corey, My mom (Dee) is right! I looove pink, have since high school (am now 42). It makes me smile, makes me instantly feminine. Cheryl

  53. French husband is manly enough to wear pink himself! What a beautiful picture capturing the pink of the evening. Again another masterpiece.
You take pictures of old things, and do you ever think about the fact that someday two hundred years from now someone will be looking at your beautiful pictures, perhaps with the same keen eye you use when you capture your subject in the lens and you will inspire them to blog, or whatever they will do 200 yrs from now, about your beautiful photographs. They may even talk about your “work” as a your “French” period or something.
Sorry, for some reason I get carried away with dreaming while visiting your blog.

  54. Bonjour Corey,
My humble apologies for not visiting sooner, hectic here in England.
Your posts truly wonderful, truly delicious, and what can I say about Pink, oh my favourite colour. I manage even to buy cranberry glass. Your photo’s are absolutely divine.!
