Taking the first step in her satin slippers with a fresh flower pinned on top, she walked on water. Who said it couldn't be done? Following her desire led her faithfully onward.

True faith can lead to the most exciting adventures. Adventure on, Corey.

Are those the shoes to walk to your lovely nook (disclosed yesterday)…?
Romantic shoes to step a minuet with Bernard ! -

So, any news about Eva? Your story just made me think maybe it was about her and maybe some good news.

Maybe someone is taking a leap, say, over the ocean…???

Well of course! Magic has to have happened while she wore those shoes.

Romance is surely in the air when one is able to walk about in such glorious shoes.
Any chance of seeing the rest of her? Is she a shepherdess, or Marie herself?
You, dear Corey, continue to provoke our thoughts! -
With the First step being the Hardest and each to follow a little easier. Beautiful… Jamie

What does the rest of her outfit look like?
And how big is it? It reminds me of your
giveaway.

Is this a prelude to an Eva story? Or perhaps… a Chelsea one?

You are always so secretive Corey. A romantic mystery.

Hmmmmm … I’m waiting for the other “shoe” to drop. ; )

I have a pair similar, in pewter leather – I wore them to a B’day party last night. I’d love to bring them to France on Wed. but have no space for impractical footwear – so will bring the comfy walking shoes that will withstand miles of markets and cobbled village streets!
I look forward to Thursday, Oct. 9 – and pray for a sunny day in beautiful Aix.
A bientot Corey.

Having visited your mom many times when she was working in Diane’s shop, I have to say that when I saw the ankles and the shoes the very first thing I thought of was your mother. …..following her desire lead her faithfully onward….. I hope she is doing well.

…but she did pause, for just a moment, to pick up the perfect little shell at her feet.
