Striking a Balance

Striking a balance was her idea to a long lasting relationship.

He had placed a crown above her heart, claiming love. She was flattered but ask to have a button too, because after all she was a practical kind-a gal.

photo: A vintage linen nightshirt. Lace bodice, a button with "oxox," hugs and kisses, and royal crown sewn above the heart. Sweet dreams assured.

My friend's son celebrates his wedding tomorrow, I am off to help make the cakes…. I am not a baker, but a darn good taster is needed.

  9. What a beautiful vintage linen nightshirt. I love the crown above the heart and I bet it is in that beautiful taupe color you see all over France. The natural fibers, laces etc. are beautiful. Hemp and linen, muslim are my favorites.
