The sun is shining, the sky is an inviting blue. After all these years of seeing this Provencal blue sky I am still stunned by its amazing color.
Could it be any more blue?
The teen aged children are waking and I know they would love to have pancakes, and I will love to watch them stuffed their bottom-less pits.
I am listening to a radio channel on line: radioparadise.com which is next to my hometown in Willows. I feel like I am home. I am home.
The blue sky will tempt us to drop our indoor projects and enjoy the blue outside.
We'll toss a dice to decide.
But first pancakes.
Flour
yogurt (100 percent fat)
egg
teaspoon of sugar
juice of a lemon
a dash of vanilla
baking powder/soda (the mix they have in France.)
some milk
vegetable oil.
