A Golden Pear for Lunch

Golden Pear Log Tart 

Roll out some puff pastry dough, a rectangular shape is best.
Place it on a piece of parchment paper (so we it bakes it won't stick to the pan.)
Lather the top with creme fraiche.
Next, add thinly, sliced pears, side by side, cover the entire surface.
Sprinkle, finely chopped, roasted hazelnuts on top.
Then add cheese. I prefer goat cheese, but a mild cheese will do.
Roll the puff pastry with the pears into a log form. Tuck in the ends.
Bake at 200° until golden brown.
When it has cooled, but still warm drizzle cream balsamic over it.
Slice and serve with white wine and salad.
