On the Road Again….

French-husband

This morning we jumped on Willow —
We are not sure were we are going —
French Husband wants to head towards Ljubljana–
I did not know of such a city existed?
Please forgive me.
Around and around we go and where we stop nobody will know… until we arrive.

I'll let you know as soon as we know!

Are you started to get sick of French Husband in the same navy blue shirt? I'm not.

hmm maybe that is another must in the Harley side saddle.. a pin and a map.

  2. oops that was Harley saddle bag I meant 🙂

  3. Please be careful on the roads near Ljubljana! This ain’t Kanas anymore, Toto!! You are in my prayers! Cy

I think that if I had a hunky French Husband then I certainly wouldn’t notice either!!

  5. No not getting fed up seeing your French husband in the same shirt….never actually noticed the shirt ..:-) 🙂

  6. oh did you go to slovenia??? (ljububljana is the capital)…
    xx

  7. I love you
    Happy Travels and safe adventures
    I love you
    Jeanne♥

  8. Corey, I think the REAL question is whether Yann’s getting sick of wearing that same shirt, and whether you’re getting sick of wearing the same few clothes. At minimum, you may not feel like wearing them again for quite a while after you get home to the rest of your wardrobe.

  9. Ljubljana? I’ll have to look it up…and did you know that you’re giving many of us a lesson in world geography this summer?
    Have fun!

  10. If you go to Ljubljana, even more important is to head off to Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj and the lovely pastures and wildflowers in the fields behind, underneath the mountains . . .

  11. I hadn’t noticed the shirt either! small price to pay for travelling so simply – isn’t it amazing what you can REALLY do without? keep on having adventures everywhere………..wherever……….

  12. Susan Baugh

I visited Ljubljana years ago. Beautiful area. Have fun!

  13. Be careful out there and continued safe journey.Didn’t notice FH’s shirt, did notice his longer hair! Wearing same clothes may be boring, but packing light makes life much easier. Are you buying any souvenirs on this vacation?

Having so much fun tagging along. Nope…not sick of the shirt…hardly noticed. Hope you’re having the time of your lives… It looks like you are. What a fabulous opportunity to spend such quality time together! Safe travels to you my friend!

Navy blue is a classic, good planning. Good think he didnt go for a loud print or you & we might start to find it a bit tiring ! Bon voyage, Jx

  16. Kathleen (Oregon)

Not tired of seeing FH. Is his shirt blue? Hadn’t noticed.

  17. Corey,
The colors you both chose for your trip are classic and chic. Don’t worry, You both look great!
Enjoy the next leg of your journey.

  18. I am so enjoying your pictures! It must be killing you not to stop and shop once in awhile! 🙂

  19. Navy blue with silvery grey hair. Classic. And you with your blond and black. More classic. Not tiring at all.

  20. I just thought of you yesterday. I am thinking of going on a trip and I thought about packing really light, like you had to do. Must take away a lot of the fuss that goes along with packing. One little black dress will work fine for me too. 🙂 Blessings, Kimberly

  21. No, not tired of the shirt at all, and no I’d never heard of Ljubljana either. For your sake I’m glad FH has, as I’ve just looked at Google images and it looks like a lovely mixture of the old world and the new.
Yesterday’s pizza looked delicious and the whole experience sounded wonderful.
What an exciting adventure you two are having! Thank you so much, Corey and FH for taking us along.
    Keeping you in my prayers…

Your life is amazing …. thank you for letting us travel with you.

  23. I think you should try for Zakopane, Poland or even my husband’s hometown of Zywiec! GREAT beer, you can tell French Husband. And if you’re there, you have to go to Krakow!

  24. Same navy shirt works well for traveling. When traveling light by the time you arrive home the navy shirt will want a vacation from all the work it had to do.
I love that you are just following the road with an unknown destination. I can’t wait to hear where you go next.

  26. Will you hate me if I tell you I’m not getting tired of your FH’s navy shirt? I hope not. 😉
Can’t wait to see where you all land next!

    Dear Corey,
I am enjoying your trip so much! Stay safe and keep those beautiful photos coming!
    Joy to you both,
    Leslie

  28. Through your travel log- we share…we dream….we close our eyes..thank you dear Corey and FH! be safe and big hugs from us here way down south..Colette Theo and Karla-

  29. Dear Corey,
You have inspired me. Yesterday I went on a 100 mile bike ride with the Sweetwater HOG club. It was a fund raiser for my work, Ronald McDonald House. It was quite a bit of fun.
    hugs,
    Gail

I never noticed FH’s clothes. His face gets in the way. He reminds me of the characters in the Highlander movies, they are immortal and never age. Your man looks eternally youthful.

  31. Blue shirt? Remember the Brady Bunch where Marcia was with the driving instructor?

  32. Blue shirt’s okay but Yann’s helmet hair …
My booger-green jacket made me type that. Its feeling are still hurt.

  33. Don’t take this the wrong way, but I never even noticed the blue shirt!

  34. “Are you started to get sick of French Husband in the same navy blue shirt?”
Corey, are you kidding? I never get tired of French Husband, no matter what he is wearing. He’d look good in a wine barrel, that man, and I think you are a very generous woman to share him with your readers. And I love the way you write about him; the love between the two of you shines right through and is inspiring.
