…and a seasoned pro to lead the way….you’ve got to create a business out of this skill…if not for you…for us. ???

We are having a gigantic yard sale/decluttering of three homes. So, while you are hunting/gathering (good luck!) we’ll hopefully be selling things-6,000 miles away.

CAN’T wait to see them all!
I’m going to sit on the porch in front of my fan this hot Memorial Day weekend and write, but I’ll be thinking of you and wishing you speed and luck with your brocanting adventures!

Hope you found lots and lots of Treasures. By the way, have you read a recent book titled,
Serge Bastarde ate my Baguette by an English Expat called John Drumer……he and his wife are Brocante dealers……lovely book.

  15. I was thinking of you yesterday: Once I again I went to the large brocante here in the early morning hours. Just to take pictures, you know. *smile* Be very careful, Merisi, I said to myself yesterday – while starting to ask prices all of a sudden – otherwise you get that CBG (Corey Brocante Bug)! Would you believe that when I looked at my pictures last night, I wished I had bought some of the things I captured with my camera (only!)? Need to stay away …….. 😉

  16. Maura @ Lilac Lane Cottage

Looking forward to seeing what else you find…good luck!

  17. It rained on my rummage plan so I must wait one more week and in the meanwhile am not letting myself buy a single thing not edible! When I unload the stuff I have then I can look for delights. I like galleries and brocantes!
