California I love you,

And the saying it never rains in Southern California is simply not true…but you knew that. Even though it was chilly and wet yesterday evening, I put my feet in the Pacific.

Home is what I felt, it soaked me good.

  1. Corey, can you stop by Halfland before you carry on with the touring?!

  2. I am sitting here, papers to sign in by tomorrow a long way from being finished, look out the window at the grey sky, the wet roofs reflecting not a scintilla of light, and yet, I feel California sunshine streaming in, even though it is raining there too, and all just because I know how immensely happy you must feel, being there, with your husband, knowing that your children and family are on the same shore with you.
    Big, big hug from Vienna,

  3. It is raining in Southern California, that’s nice. I live in Venice beach, just up the coast from Manhattan Beach. Sorry, it’s not beach weather.

And there is nothing in the world like being in the same time zone as your kids. This I have to wait a few more months for.
