A boy I love,
Today,
Tomorrow,
&
For years to come.
Even when he is jumpy, grumpy, &
Sleeps long into the day.
A boy I love,
Young and handsome
who is becoming a man,
Right before my eyes.

I love this! Maybe because my going on 9 year old son is growing waaay too fast…
No one loves a mom like a son and vice versa. What a blessing. I have 3 boys. He is surely a source of unending joy for you
Corey
Your children make me laugh! They each have a really FUN sense of humor. It will serve them well in life. Well done Sacha.
So cute! I can see him breaking a few hearts along the way.
“Jump for my love” The Pointer Sisters, somehow this song came to my mind when I was looking at photos of Sacha jumping and this scene http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBDEN5AFmWU&feature=related from Love Actually :-).
I have couple of those grumpy wonderful boys,
oh , don’t we love them so!
Lucky mom Corey!
Yep, time does that. I love seeing the burgeoning young buds of youth flowering into maturity before my eyes at the dance studio. There’s something incredibly magical about that moment of transformation. When the young become.
Oh how I can relate! My 3 sons are turning into men right before my eyes. Blessings, Kimberly P.S. My oldest son is married and his wife recently sent this text to me, “A man who treats his woman like a princess is proof he was raised by a queen.” That is the greatest compliment I have ever been given.
totally agree with you – that part alone is actually worth buying and watching the film over and over…. 🙂
Thank you Zosia
Corey; you put it all in a nutshell – it’s SO totally true….
My son is 33 and he turned out so beautifully – after a long and tiring adolescence/young man time – he is one achievement of my life I’m truly thankful for every day….
(another is being thankful and loving for and to my Hero Husband….)
wow!!! This is SO BEAUTIFUL… Kimberly
Holy smokes he has really grown up since I visited. I think he can grow a beard now 🙂
How’s Sacha enjoying his university experience? What courses is he taking? Presumably besides learning a lot, he’s also making friends in his classes. How did his apartment decorating turn out, in view of your broken wrist limiting your input? Inquiring minds want to know :-)))
What a majestic message !!!
I understand how moved and proud you must feel !
Hi Shannon,
He can!
C
You have beautiful children that I know you are very proud of.
Sasha is becoming such a handsome French MAN! That boyish smile has turned into a suductive knowing of exactly who he is. He knows he is Loved. It is your love that has given him the confidence to be such a beautiful beautiful man.
xxx’s
Corey, this is such a beautifully sweet post. Our Finn turned two a week ago, and I can imagine that the years between two and how old Sacha is now, will absolutely fly by. I love my son so deeply I am taken with the ferocity of the emotion. I admire you so as a mother, for the same love you have for your son and the beautiful way in which you communicate it. He’s a lucky boy (man), and you are a lucky mama! And you and French Husband have clearly done well – he seems like quite a gentleman already, and he’s oh-so-handsome!! Good job.
Thank you ladies!
Sasha is becoming stunningly handsome. He looks like an Amaro. I realized that both your children have a piece of you in them. I noticed in a photo that your daughter has your asianisque eyes.
