Hmmm…they “look” like mushrooms…am I wrong? I thought vegans could eat them. But then, what do I know? Yeah, up really late due to new meds. Hope the hand feels better!

We gather wild mushrooms in the forest in Poland and even eat them :-). You have to be very knowledgeable though because they can be deadly if you eat a poisonous one.

Because of that episode where FH and friend gathered mushrooms a year ago?
There is a mushroom growing wild here. I looked it up…two different versions-one says highly poisonous, the other says edible! Buying mushrooms in the store is much safer.
