Little Things Found

This little piggy went to the market with her Belle Mere to buy oysters for lunch, which I do not like, but my Belle Mere and French Husband adore–  They are after all Bretagne.

On the way to the market we stumbled upon a brocante! I took the stumbling upon the brocante as a sign of God smiling on me…

"You went to buy oysters and I gave you a pearl of happiness."

Okay, I know that isn't so… but I like to think that it is.

P.S.

For those who asked me if I bought those ultra charming hand painted 1700s portraits on ivory… 480 Euros each…. no… I bought oysters for a dollar each.

I can see God hitting his leg with his hand, his head tipped back, laughing out loud. He thinks he is soooooo funny. The tease.
