The Home Ranch

Uncle Frank, family

Some would say that my Uncle Frank's soul rests in the heart of God. Though I like to think he is kicking up his heels, creating a heavenly wine party with those who have gone before him. Certainly, my father is teasingly shaking his head, "Biddy, not so loud." Though Uncle Frank gives it back, "More reason to live it up George!"

Uncle Frank you were the roar of the party, heaven awaits you with fireworks!

The many memories of your laughter, fun and craziness live forever in the heart of your your wife (Aunt Eva May) and the beautiful family you created: Roxane, Sandra, Frank, Manuel, Theresa, Mary and Judy… Though today I can feel their sadness, saying goodbye, no matter how strong your faith is, is hard to hold.

You will be missed Uncle Frank, your love for life will live on, your stories repeated to future grand children, and your diesel toasted in your honor.

Frank and Eva were among the first friends my family had in Willows when we moved there in 1982. Frank taught my brother Rob about a hard work and a strong work ethic on the dairy farm and treated him like his own son. At one of their many friends/family get togethers I met Dean who would be my future husband. I watched Bold and the Beautiful with him at lunch time for a while on my natural gas route and we both swore if Ridge and Brooke got back together one more time we’d quite watching it (1992).
So many good memories. We love your Frank! I know you’re smiling up there and I will always hear that sweet chuckle of yours.
Hugs to you Corey and your family! XOXOXOOX

When I meet people who say – which they do all of the time – ‘I must just tell you, my great aunt had cancer of the elbow and the doctors gave her 10 seconds to live, but last I heard she was climbing Mount Everest,’ and so forth, I switch off quite early.
