French Husband

French Husband

Yum.

French Husband wondered where and when I took this photo? I have no idea, somewhere between Marseille and Paris… the other day, or yesterday but not today, is all I can say.

At any rate I don't care where or when… I just like this photo, and more so this guy of mine.

A pullover sweater AND an overcoat? Wow, is it that cold there? (Of course, we’ve been having a heatwave that’s run 15°F above normal, so we’ve been feeling quite roasted and steamed lately).
Corey, doesn’t your digital camera time-stamp the date on each picture? Even my old one does. Also, the photo number would indicate between what other ones it was taken, and you might remember which day they were taken!

  9. Yann’s hair is growing out again. He looks very stylish! Why don’t American men have that natural sense of style?

Before my children married I suggested the most important traits in a partner were “kindness and laughter”, I think Yann has both PLUS “gorgeous”.
    Lucky girl, Corey!

  15. Madame Corey, I thought you said recently you will only refer to Monsieur Yann, as “Yann”, no more “French Husband”?

Yes, Corey – he is easy on the eyes – good choice! By the way, thank you for sharing your beautiful photos, stories, wonderful tidbits about France…this blog is just such a gift to us readers. Regards to your family, that includes Thierry. One thing I can share with you for now is that I watched the movie “Moonrise Kingdom” last night and thought it was fabulous. If you have not seen it, I highly recommend it!

  21. Beautifully French!! Please thank him for being such a good sport and entertaining all of us!
