Sad Day

Such drama!
It is cold in Paris.
And the men at work,
are wearing shirts.
Where is that golden sun?

  1. Remember Monday’s post where you said sitting in a dusty apartment with half nude men could be worse, but you didn’t know how? Now you do. Sitting in a dusty apartment with fully dressed men. Hope your husband gets back soon!

  2. Hi Paulita,

Hi Corey, following avidly your re-do in Paris, wish I had a place to call my own in Paris! I thought of you when reading John Baxter’s The Most Beautiful Walk in the World ,a pedestrian in Paris,he shows people around Paris, and is often asked “how easy would it be to buy a place here”? He says”I know the dream.A winding staircase, worn hollow by generations of feet, the door at the head of the stairs, opening onto a neat studio,an antique bed draped in a faded quilt found in a country bro cante, the tiny kitchen, with milk, butter confiture and a baguette still warm on the countertop courtesy of an obliging concierge warned of your arrival; and your own little terrace, with a view over the zinc roofs of Paris……………..
    Tantalising!
Will you be renting your place as soon as its finished,I will join the waiting list haopily!
