Le Train Bleu

A handful of photo details from the Train Bleu in Paris. This is the train station to take from Paris to Provence. Better than flying… faster and a mini tour of France.

  1. Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté,
    Luxe, calme et volupté!
    Grand splendor!

  2. Corey, so take the metro or bus from CDG to the Gare de Lyon? I think one can catch the TGV at the airport, but this station is very lovely from what I have heard and seen from your pictures. Thanks

  3. Beautiful train station~

  4. After seeing the Orsay, now I wonder if the Gare d’Lyon, was built at about the same time. So beautiful! Safe trip home!

  5. Simply stunning – J’adore Paris!

  6. …. AND it’s the one place to really make an impression – close to the TGV trains, impeccable service at ALL times, love to the details – and (necessarily but understandably) nearly as expensive as your train or flight ticket.
I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch – it can’t get better than that! Meet up with somebody you really appreciate – the best’est’ treat!

  7. @ Debra; no worries, there are several bus services, incl Air France coaches to take you right outside of the GdL train station 🙂
welcome to a high-place of chic, excellence and stunning beauty 🙂

  8. Beautiful photos, Corey. How lovely!
