Paris by night,

around the Louvre,

& on the Ferris Wheel.

Today was exhausting. While putting the kitchen elements in place, we ran into some problems. As we have been working non stop for the last two weeks, we were tense and it wasn't a happy place. We had to regroup, re think, grumble until we felt better, then go out for an early dinner (9pm) and head to bed.

More tomorrow about today.

In the mean time I hope you enjoy my daughter's photos of Paris.

  1. Chelsea definitely has your talent for taking great photo. Tomorrow will be better, sleep tight Corey and Co.

  2. Chelsea, love the photos, which bring back fond memories of our Paris visit.
Corey and Yann, you need to make sure you don’t burn yourselves out with such a hectic work schedule. A friend just today emailed me with that concern re my own work pace lately, and I think I’ll try to slow down a bit, for my health’s sake. Perhaps once you get back to Provence you can take a deep breath or three, see dear Annie, and enjoy the local fruits of the season. Inhale slowly, exhale slowly… repeat as needed.

  3. Grumbling, then dinner out sometimes is a good thing.
Love Chelsea’s photo. Love Paris at night and day time too.

  4. Tomorrow will be a better day. They even wrote a song about it! Gorgeous photos and a very beautiful city.

  5. Thanks for posting Chelsea’s shots – they evoke that special feeling one has while there, it’s a magical feeling. Please rest and feel better tomorrow. Wish I could help.

I feel the need to come back. Living just a TGV ride away makes it very tempting.
Better days ahead. Sending prayers for the last effort – you must be very weary.

Chelsea’s photos are really lovely. My favorite was the first…her take on that particular spot was so unique, geometric yet filled with mood. When I first opened the page, I thought it was a painting.
Hope your day is filled with fresh insight and flowed easily…
