The Way to Well Being… Something I need to Practice

 My niece Maci years ago.

Reminders to myself:

Take time to be with your thoughts, sit hand in hand with your feelings.

Being available to others for no personal gain.

Embrace family and friends as often as you can.

Smile for no reason.

Feel yourself breathing.

Be happy in your shoes.

Look at your hands, what can you offer today?

Thank your heart for beating.

Say the name of those you love and …

the name of those you need to forgive.

  1. Boy do I need this today.

  2. “Say the name of those you love and …
the name of those you need to forgive.” Beautiful. I chose a list of people I have resisted forgiving and I am praying for them each day this Lent. I am amazed at the change in my heart as I pray for blessing for them.

You have been blessed with a happy, normal family which helps you live your life the way you are able…some of us unfortunately have not been as blessed and don’t know how to safely navigate in the world…I try…so hard…to be gentle with myself and others and fail more than succeed…
