Happy (belated) May Day
Here, it was cold, grey and rainy. Spring is late, and there were no muguets to be found in flowershops or gardens with which to celebrate. And Pierre, just as he was rushing to pick up the children from school, found himself the first car stopped on a bridge by a union march celebrating May Day and protesting the Prime Minister. He was 30 minutes late on the pick-up, and we were dinged $60 for being late 🙁 -
