A Ritz cracker in France is a cracker with a buttery slightly cheddary flavor. Ever made that mock apple pie from the recipe on the box in the 70s?

Ritz crackers are so Southern in the US. I can’t wait to see what the French call them. Or perhaps they have another cracker altogether called a Ritz cracker. Maybe something to do with the Ritz Hotel??

One of those “crackers” you pull – they have a little pop and surprises inside. Perhaps with the “Ritz” Hotel logo on it.
