Hope the countryside still makes your heart sing like those pictures do mine.

These photos remind me of the countryside we drove through when we were in this part of France.

i must point our son, to your blog! i have been on a french reading kick, and introduced my husband and son, to a combo cook book and french life style book. my son is totally mesmerized. 🙂
it’s time i shared your blog and photos, with him.
course, he has to settle for incorporating some of the fragrance, of the gentler way of life, into his family life. can’t do it all, in this country.
but he really should aim for some!!!! at 49, he just got over a case of SHINGLES!!!!! -sigh- and everyone knows, stress can play a large part in shingles popppping out on a person.
    gentle hugs,
    tessa~

  6. Wow… just beautiful! Wondering what village that is in the 4th photo. How I wish we could have seen lavender like that when we visited in June. It was just starting to open up.

Lovely that you got to see it in full-tilt bloom! Ah the joys of actually living there, not just visiting. My favorite is the last photo looking down at an entire field plus the beautiful surroundings.
I join Eileen in wondering what village is in the 4th photo pls?

  8. Gorgeous – each view a work of art.
