ohh, I love apricots, it’s peach time over here in the south USA, so juicy and good right now, this would work with peaches too, yummmie, ty you for the recipe ~ I’ve been making simple, cool desserts with ricotta cheese too ~ xo
Indeed! Thanks for sharing that. Planning to make a version here tomorrow.
Yummmmm! I know I will be making this one. Now if I could find good apricots. Wondering how figs in honey would work, as my figs will be ripe in the next few weeks.
I will be making this Panna Cotta — It looks wonderful! Unfortunately, our apricots that are sold in Minnesota are nothing like the ones I saw at the markets in Provence this past June. Yours are small, with a red blush to them. The apricots here are much larger and a solid, pale, apricot-orange color. I rarely buy them anymore.
Thank you so much for the recipe!!! It looks yummy and can’t wait to try it. I was also delighted yesterday when I picked up a copy “French Style” magazine at the drug store and started reading “Living the French Way”, and thought wait a minute, this sounds too familiar and looked for the author and it was YOU!!! I knew it and the photos were soooo beautiful as well. Just wish I knew where those places were! Congrats and aloha from Hawaii!!
I think you should add cinnamon whiskey to it lol 😉
