Home base.
Feet firmly planted.
I hit a home run.
Rounded the bases,
No need to slide, or steal.
Two teams.
France and USA.
Happy to play on both fields.
Lucky not to be caught in a pickle.
Grand slam.
Hotdog and Camenbert.

Dear Corey, Oh, how hard for you to leave your family history, traditions and memories from this past month. But how wonderful to look forward to seeing your French family and its loving history, traditions and memories you have there, as well. Love on both sides of the world always awaits you and from all of those who follow you in your daily travels through your blog. I am so glad we finally were able to meet in Willows for coffee and I spent 3-1/2 lovely hours talking with you about so many creative ideas and wonderful experiences. You are such a lovely person, Corey, and I hope to see you in France in the future……truly on my bucket list. Thank you for taking your precious time to share with me. Have a safe trip home.
Carole
But Corey, isn’t November 29th the anniversary of Tongue in Cheek? I know because it is the anniversary of my blog ~ I started my blog on your 5th anniversary and it was also my birthday. So, Happy Anniversary!
Now there’s a good idea!
“Hotdog and Camenbert” — perfect.
