   Loved the pictures of the chateau yesterday…I’m guessing it needs new wiring and plumbing and as you indicated a new roof.
   I’m sure someone will come along to love it. It has great bones.

   I believe it starts Chers Parents so I think it is a letter of affection and gratitude to someone’s parents
