Stories Collected While Living in France
Based on your floor plan decision, you might want to put a small lift to the second floor to carry food and dishes for when you entertain on the living room level. What a gorgeous spot to have a home! And how exciting to have a new creative project!
The excitement begins! Yes, I agree with Vicki, you need a dumbwaiter:)
Yes, a dumb waiter! And motorized, and big enough to climb into when you really don’t want to climb the stairs!
It looks like the apartment is 10′-12′ wide. Is that right?
Second Vicki’s motion on an elevator.
Excited to see the transformation!
such an amazing location
I love the colors of your Cassis house. It reminds me of where I live in New Mexico. Adobe-tan walls and blue wooden trim. My favorite combination!
Love the location. Wondering if you can put a balcony on the front like some of your neighbors? That would give a little more space. Nice either way!
Thanks for this Corey! It puts everything into perspective. 😉
Can’t wait to see the transformation! You couldn’t have a better location, lucky girl!
Congrats – can’t wait to see your beautiful touch on this 😊
I’m imagining sitting inside that open window in July/August and listening to the chatter of the many tourists passing by! Glad to say I’ve strolled along this street! A most beautiful area!
I can literally fell your excitement, it is so pretty and in the perfect setting. When do you hope it will be finished? A question I ask often for I find it so hard to be patient! My husband is the patient influence whenever we take on projects!!!
Love the exterior colors, and the view out those windows must be breathtaking. It’s wonderful that you’re letting us come along for the renovation.
I love the blue shutters. It will be fun to watch you transform this little paradise on the sea.
Hi Corey,
I actually have some pictures of your home, at least from the outside. I visited about 2 years ago and loved that building and the color. It is really fun to know it is yours.
You will transform it with that special touch you are gifted with. Can’t wait to see it evolve. Houses need to be loved, so you are the perfect occupant.
Very nice,Corey,very nice indeed!
Location….location…location
Looking forward to following along.

So picturesque!! How fun to see this project evolve, Corey. We are looking forward to your apartment in Paris in July AND I’ll have to keep this in mind for another trip someday.
Enjoy!
