Communion for One Another

Flowers-in-your-hair

The gift we give to one another is in the breaking of the bread,
when our paths cross, we share of ourselves.
Giving from the source of who we are,
the essence of our interior self.

Communion.

Cherishing the sacred moment of connection with another.
Sensing the spiritual seed of exchange taken root,
Watering the exchange with an free heart.

To share life, there is no greater gift than to be communion for one another.

To see with our hearts,

To listen with our eyes,

to speak with our actions,

& to love regardless of the gain.

“…to love regardless of the gain.”
Beautifully said, a goal for us all.

  8. Amen. We exist not because God needed us, but because he desired to commune with us. When we function within that, with Him and with each other, there is peace. All of my questions surrounding the price and the process have not yet been answered, but I have Faith. Thank you, Corey, for being a positive, loving presence in the middle of so much online ugliness and snark.

  9. Amen. and amen. Thank you Corey for this Good Friday blessing…deeply felt thoughts on communion were just perfect for me today, and oh so many other days.

  10. Bread, Mothering, Love. I just read Sacha has been ill and you traveled to be with him. I am glad he is better and not alone. A Communion only love can give. May your Easter with Sacha continue to be blessed. jody
