  6. We need more flowers in our hearts and in our minds.

  7. We always need flowers! Funnily enough I wrote a blog post yesterday all about my garden and the benefits of gardening and horitcultural therapy and that it has now been proving that smelling roses and weeding can lower blood pressure and reduce stress levels.
