Missing my family…
and that is just how it is when you live too far away to remedy the feeling with a quick visit.
Sunflowers do it to me every time.
My mom loves sunflowers, these were on her table years ago, and in my mind's eye today.

Certain thing do trigger memories for sure. I always think of living in Kansas for a few years when I see a sunflower. You have a very special mama.
