I am coming over there right now! Toute Suite!

  2. Oh my goodness, that’s the same type of flour sifter my mother had when I was little, with the crank handle and the little wooden knob!

  3. When I was going through my mother’s kitchen things, the first three things I grabbed were the egg beaters, the spaghetti strainer and the sifter…which looks just like your mother’s. Did you do a video of Chelsea and Mrs. Amaro baking? That would be a keeper.

  4. Your Thanksgiving will be so special. I have never had a cranberry pie. Now fascinated.

It looks like everyone’s ideal of a perfect family get together, all preparing food and laughing and chatting. Enjoy xx

I can’t quite read that recipe for cranberry pie. When you have time, would you share it (or directions for how your mother actually makes this pie)? From a lover of cranberries, Leslie

My grandma had the same one, too. And I inherited it. It has magic properties that make everything turn out great. The red paint has almost completely worn off the knob, and it’s dented, but it’s my faithful friend.
