How do you Feel?

How do you feel today?

I feel happy, content, slow-moving, and still full from yesterday. How I love the taste of Thanksgiving, the sweet-savory mixture of spices, the hint of sweetness. It is the taste of Autumn perfume. Don't you think the trimmings are the better part? You know the turkey was never my favorite, but it does bring up a certain atmospheric memory. (Is there such a thing?)

  3. Like a stuffed turkey

  4. Leftovers were so good the day after. Happy to have a few days off from work. The chill in the air clears the mind. Love having the family together and children home from college.

  5. Feeling content and full and doing nothing the day after Thanksgiving except putting the good things (besides the food) in their places for another holiday. I am so thankful for a good husband and healthy children and their mates and the lovely gifts in the grandchildren they have given us. God is good. And I am also loving the cocoon of a steady drizzle that is wrapping us in our house today.

  6. Sad…we are leaving France this week. Sad we missed you….
