This Piggy

I am going to miss the boy in the pig costume, he leaves for Seattle September 13th. Whenever I think about his leaving my eyes instantly fill with tears.

The other day in the midst of fixing the water damage, and amongst other house projects we are tending too, Sacha put on a dance in his Pig costume.

Humor distracts us from the mess that our house is at the moment.

I sobbed when Fifi left for college today, and that’s only 2 hours away. I’m so sorry Corey…empty nest syndrome sucks.

Tant de grâce…Et quelle pudeur cachée sous cette peluche. Il émane tant de légèreté et de générosité de ce rose bonbon, que l’on oublie votre tristesse.
Je veux la même à la maison !

My sister is sending her triplet sons off to different colleges over the span of a month and a half. Talk about empty nest! We miss them already and two are still at home.
