A Touch of Grace

corey amaro living in France,

The bounty at the weekly French markets, a living art gallery, a dose of inspiration and more than that, the work of human hands combined with the grace of nature,  a holy gift of life itself.

A bouquet of olive branches tied with twine on a door in Lourmarin.

A simple touch of beauty to be shared, to grace the passageways, to give pause to the change of seasons. Seeing touches like this remind me to share in graceful living to take the time to share beauty, to be thankful for the which is at hand a deep simplicity in the everyday. I have an appreciation for the peaceful landscape, the freedom to enjoy walking down a street that has had history play years before me.

History, the daily making, and sharing of beauty.

A silk shawl casually draped at the end of the day on a  table along with her jewels, a chocolate pot placed the morning the cup in hand along with a paintbrush.

Ready to be part of this day.
