  1. Not a new victim, a new adventurer! You might have to buy another property for him to play with.
Is that the shop in Aix? It’s on Sarah’s and my list to return. 🙂

  2. Smiling!

  3. Big smile! Looks like the Cassis energy is having an impact on his choices. With the nest birds flying into new adventures the two of you are sure to find more places to fill with the brocante finds…and what delight to share in this adventure! Happy New Year Corey and Yann!!

Finally, how many years did it take to get the Brocante Bug? Hasn’t hit my husband yet, who took me to a restaurant that had all mismatched chairs, old (all wood) tables, antiques in every corner, he said he thought I would like it. It was wonderful, and good food. There’s always hope.

  5. As soon as I saw the first picture of your post today, I wanted to step right into it and start digging through those paintings. I think I like the one on the upper right hanging above the doorway.
    Have a happy New Year!

You’re gonna have to buy another house, Corey! At least he’s not exactly “competition”…he goes for paintings and broken teddy bears, and you go for the paper, furniture, pottery and ephemera… Between the two of you you can clear out the brocante!! I hope you have a happy healthy and fun New Year!! xoxo

  7. Drat competition.

  8. So funny.

  9. At lease it’s not a monkey……nice paintings.

  10. So Yann’s New year’s resolution will be to surrender to the brocante bug?

  11. Jacklynn Lantry

The brocante bug IS highly contagious, and once bitten… Oh dear…I’m afraid there is no cure. No cure at all.

  12. Hahahahahahaha!!!!
Happy New Year Corey and Yann 🙂

  13. Hilarious!

So funny! Hope you have plenty of wall space in your house! My hubby is slowly getting “the bug” too, but his purchases always seem to be limited to old records and books. Our poor old floors are groaning under the weight 🙂

hee hee hee. That is so funny, Corey. Well, we know he has great taste!

  16. Cousin Linda

Yann is merely an art collector, not to be confused with brocante.

Yann you missed the two hanging above! I would have got those two for sure! lol!

  18. This is so cute! I love antiquing with my husband!
