If it were homemade he would probably consume more.

When I was on chemotherapy I suddenly had a craving for Kraft Mac and Cheese. I would eat a whole box at a time. Very unusual, said the doctor. Two or three boxes a day. Now that the cancer is gone I never touch the stuff. It’s a miracle, a scientific miracle cure for cancer.

Wow, my hubby isn’t on chemo (yet..and we hope not needed) but I’ll have to remember that. Right now getting him to eat anything at all is a challenge.

My doctor said that he never saw somebody gain weight on chemo before. I augmented the mac and cheese with rare steaks. I think it was the Prednisone that got my appetite going.
