Dinner with the eclipse, did you witness it?
At our friend Philippe's home that has a rooftop terrace with an extraordinary view of Marseille.
Philippe served a Cumin humus for the apero, then a tomato salad, and shaved truffles with cheese ravioli with aged shaved parmesan. Then a fresh fruit salad.
It was a most enchanted evening.

We climbed the trail, up up up the hill to the forest behind our neighborhood, here in Switzerland. We were at the edge, in a clearing – and had great views. My husband took wonderful photos, I just enjoyed it all, along with some swooping bats, here and there 🙂

I watched the eclipse live on the CNN broadcast from Iran. The blood moon was quite vivid and touched my heart with love for my late father (long story).
