wait….was that on the curb? I love when that happens-back in the spring I found on the curb a cache of artists paints her sketch books her charcoal nudes face studies a paint pallet a portfolio The whole kit I was coming home from a doctor’s visit with my dad I turned that car around so fast….I drive by every week and sure enough more oils have presented on the curb-I love street stuff-this is not the first time either I love finding art! GOOD FOR YOU-it looks like a pretty piece!

These random finds are the best, non? My husband found a pewter candle holder sitting on top of a garbage can in Paris while we were there a couple of years ago, and he has made up many stories about its prior owners. He prizes it as one of his most cherished belongings. And I love your find as well, I wonder how many interesting people have provided rest on it.
