Twilight in Cassis

Twilight in cassis

Twilight in Cassis.

What a sight to make one oh and ah.

And every time I see Cassis I sigh, "Beautiful!"

Cassis anytime never disappoints, especially at twilight.

What place do you never tire of seeing?

  1. Breathtakingly beautiful photo. I never tire of looking at nature in general.

  2. our beach on the almost southern most point on the New Jersey shoreline – our house is right there and I sigh every time I even think of it….the dunes the sand the sea grasses the flora and the fauna I cannot believe it every time I look at it…we are fortunate it is a year round house-winter is one of my favorite times to be there–

  3. Corey that is a beautiful picture of Cassis, but not as beautiful as yesterday’s ultrasound! 😉

Oh yes, Cassis never fails to delight! After having a home here for nearly 10 years, I feel the same about Aix en Provence…such as when I walk out the door and see the Saint Sauveur bell tower – whether in the early morning, backed by the colors of sunset, or lit at night I’m always stopped in my tracks!

  8. Sunset on Lake Michigan from our northern Michigan home. Over the sand dunes, grasses and one crooked pine tree. Summer or winter. We have hundreds of photos!

Sedona, AZ, the mountains are exquisite during the day and oh so beautiful against a full moon. When I visit, I sit in the patio (with glass of wine) and absorb the beauty of the mountains and canyons – breathtaking.

My morning ritual…not quite awake I open the heavy faded green shutters and witness the beautiful sky of the South of France and the outline of the Cevennes Mountains..even when I need to get on with the day I pause for a while and savour this food for my soul.

  11. After a long two day drive across country, finally hitting the Texas state line to big, beautiful wide open blue skies and enjoying some of the most magnificent sunsets I’ve ever scene for the rest of the ride home. Simply divine!

Cassis. Never tire of it. My happy place.

  13. Cannon Beach, Oregon. At sunset, at sunrise, on a sunny day or on a rainy day. Just spectacularly beautiful with Haystack Rock rising against the backdrop of the waves rolling in. My happy place.

  14. When I come from the south on I-5 into Portland and first get a glimpse of Mt. Hood it just makes me smile. I am home there. In SF it was always the Golden Gate bridge. There are just some places that speak to us.

  15. Your view would strike me the same way. Here in Washington State, I crest a hill on my way to work and the whole line of Olympic Mountains comes into view. Anytime of year, I sigh and say “So beautiful, Thank you, God!” Another place that moves my heart is cruising anywhere among the San Juan Islands on a calm day, sunny day. sigh.. I am so thankful for eyes that see the beauty that is all around me.
