Today baby Gabriel laughed and laughed out loud for the first time.

 

 

Today is the eve of Yann's 57th birthday.

Today our friend was laid to rest.

 

 

This Thursday Chelsea and family head back to Paris after staying with us for two months, withdrawals I expect on my part.

This weekend starts the French la Vie Journey with Sarah, Sue, and Deanna. My good friend Allison is coming from the States to drive.

 

 

 

Chelsea, Gabriel, and I will be going back to Willows in November

Since July 2016 I haven't had a migraine, grateful every day.

    Oh a babies laugh is the very best. How wonderful for you to be able to experience that. How special to be planning a trip to California with family. They will love that little guy. What lovely things to be thankful for.

    The waiter in the bistro photo looks like he’s wearing an In-N-Out Burger cap. Anybody in CA will know what I mean.

    Beautiful to see Gabriel’s laugh. That laugh has to fill your heart to overflowing. I’m very sad to know about your friend Patrice, the great innovator who cooked pasta with tea. I remember that post very well. I send prayers for him, his family and you all.

    I had a special friend just die overnight this summer I’m still trying to process it as I’m sure you are also.
