Dare to Be

Live and let it be.  Dive deep.   Turn the key.  Sing.  Laugh.  Cry.  Speak up.  Buy flowers.

Take the chance.

Play the game.

Make mistakes.

Eat the extra slice of bread, and have wine.

Go around barefoot and sleep outside.

Enjoy the little things, like the art of tieing your shoelaces and brushing your teeth.

Invite friends over, cheat at cards, hid a treasure, unbutton one more button on your shirt. Wear red lipstick.

Let your hair go …natural

and take a photo when you just get out of bed and post it.

I used to be a red head. Now I am a white/blonde head! My insides are the same!! And, today I bought cut flowers cause it is winter and we struggle with the times. Self care. Self respect.

If there is anything I have learned over the last few year of my life is you only get one. You choose to do the things to make you happy. I decided I am going to Dance in the rain and wish upon a star. I want to sing at the top of my lungs. I want to bring smiles to those that are sad. To protect the ones who feel fear. I can’t wait to pain my lips Red! P

The problem was having is that I enjoy smoking and don’t want to give up! Have tried twice before and nearly went crazy and don’t want to go through that again. I saw the fear in my husband and children’s eyes when I told them about my condition then they start to find solution on their own to help my condition.I am an 59 now who was diagnose COPD emphysema which I know was from my years of smoking. I started smoking in school when smoking was socially acceptable. I remember when smoking was permitted in hospitals. It was not known then how dangerous cigarettes were for us, and it seemed everybody smoked but i was able to get rid of my COPD lung condition through the help of total cure herbal foundation my husband bought, totalcureherbsfoundation .c om has the right herbal formula to help you get rid and repair any lung conditions and cure you totally with their natural organic herbs,it class products at affordable prices because how awful it is with this lung dictions . I wish anybody who starts smoking at a young age would realize what will eventually happen to their bodies if they continue that vile habit throughout their life, certainly total cure herbs is the formula to get over Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
