My Lenten Path

Take time to be with your thoughts,

sit hand in hand with your feelings.

Being available to others.

Embrace family and friends as often as you can.

Smile.

Feel yourself breathing.

Be happy in your shoes.

Look at your hands, what can you offer today?

Thank your heart for beating.

Say the name of those you love and …

the name of those you need to forgive.

Put the way of loving first and foremost.
