Together in Kindness

together in kindness

As I walk I carry your kindness with me.

Each of you who read my blog, who give so much of yourself to me, who are angels on earth…

Thank you. I am grateful for every one of you every day!

As soon as I can organize the letter writing I will get back to you. Thank you for the wonderful response. And to Isabel for giving me the idea.

  1. Hello Corey. I am super busy with work and keeping my parents “sheltered in place” even though they think they can go out in the World. I would be honored to help with reaching out to those who need a “pick me up” during these trying times. Not sure what to say, but I do think I am always a positive spirit 🙂 Thanx, Vicki

  2. Much love and many blessings. Continued prayers for us all

  3. as I feel about you the friend I have yet to embrace in person but have done so a thousand times in my heart!

  4. You have always shown me kindness. I know I’m not alone when I say I feel the same way about you! 🙏

Dear Corey, thank you for giving an update on your family. Wishing you all safety and health! Here is LA we are on lockdown. Streets that would be bumper-to-bumper in rush hour are virtually empty, and grocery stores are letting in no more than 20 or so people at a time, kind of like the 70s and 80s waiting behind the velvet rope to get into a disco. Just not the same level of excitement once you’re in! 😉 Hugs to you and all your readers.

Friends and prayers across the world. I am on the Archbishop of Canterbury site & they give daily devotions, morning, evening & night services.
I am thankful I can share my faith with so many people.

  7. “Together in Kindness” is such a nice title to this post and, although a short post, it is long on goodness, sincerity, and true kindness. I started reading Corey’s blog around 2009. I was lucky enough (maybe the right word is “plucky” enough) to meet her on a trip to France. I will always remember the minute I first laid eyes on Corey in person…I exclaimed “You’re real!!!” with a big American smile. Fast forward to 2020. I’ve stayed at her houses in France, I’ve sent friends to stay at her houses, I’ve “watched” her kids graduate and fly the nest, her amazing son start a film career, her equally amazing daughter start a career and family, watched her run a successful touring business and her husband reno amazing properties. Actually, I’ve been friends with her on two continents-as we all have-over the years. Thank you Corey for starting and keeping this internet friendship alive and thriving. It’s always been fun and interesting but now, in a time of crisis, it is an integral part of my daily sanity. I am grateful to you for your open, giving, nourishing friendship, thank you Corey.

    Corey –
Such good news that Chelsea and family are safe in the south of France and that French Husband is also in shelter. I know that your reader friends are sending you and your entire family loving thoughts. May God care for all of us during these difficult times.
