Haven't we all had a complicated ongoing year plus, and for some it has been terribly hard.
Thank you for your love sent to Pam, she is in need of every ounce of healing.
With Cynthia's passing so many memories have been stirred up. I hope to share some as time goes on.
As Annie said, "It takes courage to grow old." I see more and more what she meant by that.

I love what Penni wrote-I am so very tired – this year plus has been a maze- a haze- and crazy- not in a good way-yes with good moments but man oh man not wanting to wish hours or days or months away– I will rest in quiet when it is done-
Annie is right and she went through so much, just a few of her stories. The only time she went to Paris. Still resonates with me. Much love and healing Corey, for you and yours.
Annie was so wise. You are so lucky to have so many wonderful memories of her. Growing older reminds me of the refrain from Doctor My Eyes, “Was I unwise to keep them open for so long?” To which I have to say no. There is so much beauty and love all around us if we just keep our eyes open. You help us to see it each day. Thank you, Corey
Someone told me not so long ago that growing old is not for the “Faint of Heart”, so true. I stand by this every day, it gives me strength to be strong for those who are older than I. Peace and Love 🙂
Thoughts of Annie, who is in my heart thanks to you, and Pam and Cynthia are floating in my head.
My dad is too, although as much as I want him to speak, he doesn’t. That is what is so hard about growing older.

My father, who was a physician in Boston always said “Old age is HELL !!!” (with a big emphasis on the word hell) Now I know just what he meant. This past year HAS been sad and difficult. Just at the beginning of the pandemic my dear husband of many years, died rather unexpectedly, although he was old. Not being able to socialize with, and take comfort from, my many friends and family has been so difficult. I think of you, Corey, and your dear brother Marty very often. xoxoxo
