Gabriel Counts

xxx

Gabriel grabbed a rock to put it in his toy car

and as he did it he said, « One. »

He grabbed another rock, « Two. »

I had only heard him count to two so when he took the third rock and said, « Three. » I smiled!

When he reached for a fourth rock I wondered what he would say as he put it in the toy car he said,

“Quatre!”

Four in French.

Little bilingual boy.

Rock on!

  3. My very clever beautiful bambino Gabriel! 😻
Reminds me of my son as we were living in London when I had him and as I am Italian, I could start a conversation in Italian and switch to English while talking and he would answer in any of the two languages that was more convenient for him at the moment! we still do it now that he is 38 yo!
He is doing the same now with his two girls but as they live in Dubai, they will learn Arabic and French too at their International school! ❤️
