My MIL has been a walking /hiking person ever since I have known her.
She out walked me until she was 88 –
I cannot imagine that to be a good thing consider our ages.
We walked five miles today as she often does, slowly nevertheless five miles.
Impressive.
Damn impressive.
When I hear younger people say, "I want to be like that when I am her age."
I think to myself, "Be it now, and everyday you can."
