Went to a flea market today which isn’t unusual for me …
but the prices were absolutely ridiculous,
I wouldn’t pay those prices at a brocante let alone at a flea market where one expects to pay less.
Nevertheless, there were some lovely surprises including their price points.
First time I walked away empty handed.
Oh my that is a first for you.

Corey, here in the states, the economy has gone crazy….prices are sky high. Instead of “flipping” houses, people are now ‘flipping’ USED CARS ! Auction prices for used FARM EQUIPMENT has gone thru the roof….
Times, they are a changing….!

Brocante inflation! Sacré bleu. The auction world is insane too you should see the prices this past year!
Everything here in Boulder, Colorado, is ridiculously expensive. I hate to go to the grocery store because I know, even if I’m very careful, I’m not going to like the bottom line and fun shopping at thrift stores is a rare delight these days. I’ll be “shopping” my rental storage units for Christmas decor.
